Re: RoyPow P-Series S5156P, S51105P, or S51160P
If anyone has contact info for Lightning8U could you pm it to me. I sent him a pm last week but he probably hasn't seen it. I am ready to get a Roypow pack and he is the closest dealer that I can find.
Thanks, |

Subscribing, curious to hear any additional input here as I'm looking to go this route in the near future.

Sorry, Gents. We may need to look for alternatives. RoyPow is asking dealers to pay for ALL orders/shipments in full at least 60+ days before the product is available to be shipped to the dealers. The customer service has been terrible as well. Looking for better alternatives that can meet customer demand at the moment. Sorry, I don't have better news!

This is the big issue to me. Zero support. Roypow is a subsidiary of Lishen? A major player. To be a long term viable player you need stocking warehouses in the US. What good is a warranty if it takes you 6 months to get a replacement. The market is wide open right now with a lot of junk cells flooding the diy mark. Hopefully some stability Ensues.

There is a North Texas Roypow dealer that I would steer clear of! PM for details

Re: RoyPow P-Series S5156P, S51105P, or S51160P
While I decided to wait on switching to lithium, recently had some great conversations with Extreme and was quite impressed. He even tried to help me locate some batteries for my cart that weren't his. Class act. If you are not aware there is a HUGE shortage across the US for mostly 8 and 12 volt deep cycle batteries. Most from china, can't get through customs fast enough, and US companies such as Crown can't get enough cases and are 12 weeks out for delivery. If you are in need of new batteries soon, get on a waiting list. Local Club Car dealer has 53 people waiting... crazy! Their sales of $13k Lithium carts are through the roof.
