Default New to me G16... VIOLENT WABBLE

Just brought my new to me G16 home. It has 6 inches of lift, SS 12's. It is 10.4 hp with new clutches and belt. When driving on a straight level grade when I get up to about 10 mph-18 mph, it acts like it is wanting to "change lanes" with me. Going down hill exagerates this, and honestly I thought it might flip over. This is a new rebuild (done very nicely) and I can honestly say there were no corners cut. ANY IDEAS?

Front wheel alignment. Check for proper toe-in.
Also make sure everything is tight on the front suspension.

The front wheels are noticeably toed in, but I did not think they were bad? Should they be toed out a little?

I've got mine toed-in about 1/8" - 1/4". I had to play with it a bit before it felt good. After I put my lift kit on, my initial adjustment had way too much toe-in and it wandered all over the place. Same with toe-out. I can't really see it by eye. I have to measure it to know it's there.

Okay, I'll check it right now... I was like omg, wth... does it matter that it appears all the stock parts were used in the build? I mean minus the kit of course. Stock shocks, A Arms...

Stock parts are fine.

My new tires had a line around the center of the tread. I measured the front versus the back.

Wow, appeared the left front was out of adjustment close to an inch. I eyed it up as best as I could, ran the ball joint in and bolted it back up. Ran it flat out, downhill, uphill... HUGE difference. Still a little play in it, but show me anything that is a 1998 that does'nt...lol. Now, I gotta find me a Vanguard to put away until it is time for a rebuild. How reliable are the engines in the G16? I have a Yamaha atv with the 350 in it that is a tank... and stout.

Good to hear. If you tweak it a little at a time, you can get it so it centers itself. Good luck.
