Default '02 CC vs. '05 CC Precedent; opinions?

I haven't seen pictures yet, but all things being equal, which would you choose? I'm leaning toward the Precedent, but I've read they had a accelerator/brake unit recall back then and that it uses (4) 12 volt batteries instead of (6) 8 volts. Is this good or bad? I hope to test drive both soon and get some pics. Thanks.

The six 8v was a better set up, more run time.
