Default 84' Club Car solid state conversion project

I'm new to golf carts and recently purchased an 84 club car for $500 off Craigslist. It's got the old solid state resistor setup so after much research I decided to go with Scottyb's C54 conversion kit. While I'm at it, I'm also upgrading the motor and going from 36v to 48v batteries. Definitely a big project for me, but Scott has been super helpful over email.

The kit is currently in transit to me but I got going on the project last night. Removed batteries and solenoids....
