Loosing power briefly at random

I have a Melex Gas cart that at random when you drive it, it just stops going. It feels like it's trying to go but doesn't move, if you keep on the gas after a few seconds it finally goes, but it does this at total random.

Is this a known issue for it, or what would be a some good things to check because other than that it runs great but it can get annoying if you wanna ride in it.
