Default Iq fault code???????

i have a 05 IQ cart in the shop that will not run (solenoid will not come online) checked key switch tow/run switch and when i scanned it for fault codes i have a MAIN DRIVER OFF code does anybody know what this code is mcor maybe

Both of the below are from a 2006-2007 Precedent Cart manual.

Diagnostic Menu – MAIN DRIVER ON or
MAIN DRIVER OFF fault code

Speed controller logic malfunction

Disconnect the batteries and allow the
speed controller capacitors to discharge.
See WARNING “To avoid
unintentionally starting...” in General
Warnings, Section 1, Page 1-2.
Reconnect the batteries and see if the
symptom returns.


Failure of the FET that controls the
solenoid coil

Replace the speed controller. See
Solenoid Removal, Section 13,
Page 13-12.
