Default New Here Finally got a cart

Got me a club car gas....went wheelin yesterday , had a little snow and alot of mud. Had a Rhino 4x4 and several 4x4 atvs....now gonna get used to 2 wheel drive. I really like the golf cart situation . so i think i am here for a while...been wheelin all my life and love rockin and muddin...but getting older so gonna tame it down a bit. Loooking forward to building a bad *** trail cart and meeting some more great people....got some pics from yesterday....

Welcome. I pretty much followed the same path as you. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss the 4X4 and power of the utv but I really enjoy the quiet peaceful rides with wife, pooch and beer errrr I mean refreshments on the cart. There also fun to tinker with and most mods and accessories won't break the bank.

Welcome and great start! Did you do the existing mods yourself? What exactly is is the new 13Hp engine? How was it in the wild?

Bought the cart pretty much like it sits. I added the windshield, horn (aoogah) and have fixed a few things that the previous owner had butchered. Does good in the wild if only 2 peeps on board 4 people not so good , needs wheelie bars.....The 13 hp engine is brand new some off brand harbor freight motor. Still have some things to work out , but like everything its a work in progress.

Got the brakes right yesterday, didn't have any. Previous owner had put new cables on but left the retaining clips off and way out of adjustment. Got a gun rack mounted that I had laying around . Pics to come at some point .
