Shoot the with some kind of penetrating fluid and let them soak. The guys here say pb blaster I think. I haven't seen that stuff here in Canada but it's supposed to work good. The only other thing I'd suggest is cutting it out. Ie torch, reciprocating saw, something like that. Then hammer out the bolts. Good luck.

Yup, super common! shoot them with a penetrating oil. Do you have air tools? Can you put a gun on the bolt and try to spin it?

Sound like the bolts are rusted to the sleeve. I had to use a lot of PB Blaster (rust penetrant) a BFH and a punch to get those suckers off. Big pain in the rear. Be careful not to crack/break the aluminum spring hangars.

Before you soak them, try rattling them with an air-hammer.It works best if they are dry.As you rattle the bolt-head,you will start to see powder/rust come out of the bushing-area,this is a sign its' getting close to being loose.rattle it a bit more, then hit them with an impact-wrench or a ratchet and they should come right out.I work for a Suspension-Shop,we do this daily on rusty, nasty old trucks and they come right out.Hope this helps.

I have a 92 cc and a 94 cc had to use a reciprocating saw to cut the bolts on both of my club car to remove the springs for the lift kits
