Default falls on its face

Went around govener and undid the ground but ole betsy still falls on her face at top rpms. Is this normal? runs like crazy then falls on her face then picks back up and on and on. Any suggestions would be nice.

Your rev limiter will kick in at high rpm's so you don't blow it up

Is this the ground you "undid"?
(the wire eyeloop at #1 & #13... #22 is the Rev Limiter!)

If so... something else is wrong...
eg; mixture adjustment... air filter cover not tight... air snorkle tube has a leak... weak fuel pump...etc...

So... what your saying is... It Doesn't fall "flat in its face" anymore???

If I remember correctly... you adjusted the Govenor... you can always turn it down just a bit!

With the cart in Maintenance mode, use a car tach and try to keep your RPM's @ 4200...
that way you still have more then stock speed, and you won't hurt your engine!
