Default determining unmarked motor terminals on 1984 Club Car

Hello to all! I acquired two Club Cars - one from 1983 and one from 1984 - and I am trying to make one good one out of two not-so-good ones My first challenge is determining if either/both of the motors are good. BOTH MOTORS have terminals that are not marked (or at least not any longer) - one of the motors model number is 1012190 , but I cannot read the other - I have read the forums on how to jumper the terminals to isolate the motor to test it, but I don't want to do damage to EITHER motor, and want to be certain I am hooking them up the right way - To anyone who wishes to help - I can provide additional pics or descriptions that you require

1983 Club Car model/serial is A8318 45389
1984 Club Car model/serial is A8443 64679

Any and all help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!

look at the beginning of cc electic section in the red "sticky". they have wiring diagrams for different years that show different motors. hope it helps.

Thanks ccwilly! I just got home from delivering a lawn tractor and saw your post - The picture is indeed of the 84 motor - the 83 is buried in my garage at the moment and inaccessible - will check that ASAP for motor terminal arrangement - I will check the "sticky" before posting another thread... and I appreciate your polite direction - THX!
