Default 84' gas club car-electric fuel pump.

Bought a used gas club car and it won't run right unless I choke it. I did some research online for electric fuel pump but not sure if the fuel lines are connected right. Would help if I knew how the gas lines was connect from fuel pump. As of right now there's only 1 line coming off the fuel pump straight to the carb. I did check the fuel pump to see if it's working n it pumps fine.

Is the carb adjusted properly? Sound like you're running too lean if you have to choke it. I have the manual if you need specs.

I'd start with replacing the fuel filters. There should be two of them. If that doesn't work, you probably need to rebuild/clean the carb. The main jet (aka high speed jet) is nonadjustable on the KF82 so if it seems like it needs adjustment, that is a sign that the jet or passageways are gummed up or are blocked.

There is only a single inlet and single outlet on the electric fuel pumps so if it pumps fuel towards the carb, it is hooked up right. I'd place a bet that your main issues are caused by a dirty carb.

Edited to add: I missed that you already cleaned the carb. You can fine tune the main fuel mix by adjusting the float height, but start by adjusting the low speed jet and making sure the fuel filters are good.
