1993 Club Car 36v
I'm working on a 1993 CC 36v car. I need to know why the solenoid gets hot when the key is left on for a little while. The solenoid clicks but the cart will not move. I've also noticed that the F&R switch has shown signs of hotness. Is the solenoid my problem?
Thanks! |

Sounds like your accelerator pedal is not returning to the top all the way. Reach down & pull back on it and see if it comes back farther. Then check.

This is another crazy thing. Someone removed the pot or vglide and replaced it with a switch of somekind. I don't know if this thing has just one speed or what. I'll try and post a picture of it.

That box has got to have a pot in it. It must be a universal type I suppose. See Rodger for details. He shows one like it on his Hot Rod Build in the Members Rides - Rodger's 33 Ford Roadster
