Very nice job. From an ugly duckling to a very nice cart.

Re: The wife’s g9 build begins
Did you replace the missing ramps on the spring seat? The old style spring seat--yours--uses the white push in kind. You can also use the new style spring seat.

Feeling quite well, today. No pain at all. Discomfort, more than anything.

Re: The wife’s g9 build begins
Thanks guys. Didn’t get to do anything to it today. Crazy day at work.
I ordered the ramps but still haven’t received them. I need to replace the spring seat. It looks like someone ran it for a while without the ramps because the seat is worn. Is there a benefit to the newer spring seat over the old one? |

Re: The wife’s g9 build begins
The newer style ramp shoes are much easier to replace, better design.

Re: The wife’s g9 build begins
Ok good to know. Thanks. Does anything newer fit or do I look for one from a newer g9 only?

Re: The wife’s g9 build begins
They are all the same. I think the only one available is the new one.

Re: The wife’s g9 build begins
Took the cart out yesterday and hit some trails. Cart still isn’t all the way back together but we threw most of the main body on. It done really good but is definitely lacking in the power department. There are a few hills that we barely made it up due to power. I can’t wait to get the vanguard installed.
