I have a brake issue, TXT 2004 spongie brakes I adjusted them on the screw adjustment on the drums but its still a little funny feeling is there another adjustment that might help?

That spongy feeling I bet is the spring under the cart...
Here is how we adjusted muaythai's cart. Not sure if this is the "correct" procedure but it worked for us.

1. Back the adjustment UNDER the cart all the way off.
2. Adjust the star wheel adjuster until brake shoes are rubbing just a little.
3. Re-adjust/tighten the adjustment UNDER the cart. Basically take all the slack out of the cables.

i know for cars the wheel has to turn freeley but still not spin freeley after spinning it you have to adjust them and make sure both are adjusted the same or you get wandering when you hit the brake
