No respectable course can or would disable the back up alarm because of insurance liability. They could be sued if someone accidentally backed over a foot.
My cart was off lease and it was fully functional including the alarm. As to the test, flip it from neutral to reverse about 4 times with the key off. it will beep and those amount of beeps tell you if you have a fault and what chip is installed. Make sure to flip the run tow switch after to put it back in normal run mode and enable all the chip functions properly. |
