Melting Batter Terminal
Hey guys, need you're help. I have a 1999 Club Car that I recently had to put a new controller in. I had a shop buy it and install the alltrax controller and everything has worked fine. When I was on vacation the cart stopped working all together. After trying to figure out what was wrong, I noticed that my battery terminal was melted. I thought this may have been a loose connection and ended up buying a new battery. Well once again it melted the battery terminal (again).
I'm not really sure what is going on. The guy that installed the controller hasn't called me back. Any chance someone might know what is going on? I'm not really sure if it's getting to much juice to the battery or what. If anyone has run into this, please let me know what you think I should do. Batteries get really expensive! |
