scottyB is right!!

I went to the local CC dealer and picked up all new hardware for less than $15 for the entire pack. It's worth it and makes it look nice..

Try a D&D ES-58 motor with a the All Trax AXE 650 and 23" tires running on 48 volts.....25 mph on GPS and enough torque to flip the cart over backwards.

I will definately get those tie downs i just threw something on it so i gould go try it out.

The motor is the next thing im gonna do, first I have to fix the steering though. It is in pretty bad shape, and its scary at 22mph through the trees.

Getting ready to start this conversion, but keep it at 36v for now due to young batteries. Can I keep my current f/r switch and if so, do I need to add another microswitch to it? Looks like the 48v f/r switches have more than one stacked together.

I'm going with 500 am Alltrax programmable, PB-6, and the MZJ-400 in 36v config, can always switch it out to a 48v down the road.

It's the basic 36v resistor cart now.

OH BOY!

I've got a question......I'm converting my cart over also. My throttle linkage doesn't move as far as the pot box lever needs to go. I see Impala made a linkage "converter" to make the the pot box lever move farther. Is this something that needs to be done? Also where did you get the ball and socket fittings?

Anybody got pics of their pot box install?

Silly Question...... use a 6 inch lever and put the pivot on 2/4 inch mark... that will give you the extra throw needed for the pb-6...... see pics
