Default What motor?

I have a line on a 750 twin or a GSX 600 4 cylinder. Any suggestions to which one is a better one for me? I want strong low end dont care much about top end. What I have seen in the past is the twins have more low end but the more cylinders the more top end. Also has anyone adapted or should you use the stock G-8 rear end remove the clutch and get a sproket to fit the shaft to eliminate the clutch and belt altogether?
