Default Exhaust Question

So I was wondering.. As some of you know I am building a EX Go with a suzuki King Quad 300 chasis and motor.. I don't have the exhaust for it.. Can I fab up whatever I want? Use whatever muffler I want? What about back pressure etc.???

ANy ideas guys???

Maintain the exhaust port diameter and make all bends as smooth
as possible, the muffler depends on how loud you want it?
