Re: Ezgo 300ex
The first pic is the pivot arm mount that I cut off of the rack and the pivot arm it self. if you notice there is a peace missing from the pivot arm and that is what I used to weld to the steering shaft of the ATV which is the original mount for the tie rod end on the rack and pinion. the rest of the pics are of the rack and pinion mount that I built .

Re: Ezgo 300ex
chevytrucks84 so far the suspension seems way better then I thought it would be. when one person gets on the cart the front and rear seems to drop about 1 inch . I also did a drop test . I had the cart standing on the rear tail and let it go and the front didn't bottom out. I have the stock shocks set to the stiffest setting and it seems good. I will know more when I get it running to see how it handles....

Re: Ezgo 300ex
some pics of the exhaust. I had to cut out about 3.5" from the strait section and some of the bend and was able to get it all together and mounted to the same locations it was before only now it will fit leaving me about 2" between the pipe and body ..

Re: Ezgo 300ex
front and rear brakes off of original golf cart pedal. stock ATV master to small for all three brakes so I up graded the master to a larger one to handle all three. also made a pivot mount same as gas pedal....
