I think 3.55-3.6v / cell finishing charge voltage should be correct for LifePo4 (You have 16 cells in that pack). Just specifying "lithium" can get you in trouble - other types of lithium cells are 4.2v / cell.
I'm not sure what "53.1v" means in that screenshot, but it sounds like a correct profile can be loaded - but I'd just be careful and make sure you have the right one.

Plenty "shunt meters" out there on the market. I think it's the best type, but that's a personal choice.

The 53.1 is the actual voltage from the battery that the charger is measuring.
