I called this company and was told they had never heard of a sliding signal of accelerator. Guess i'll try somepace else.

Bluestone where are u located. I have a 09 emerge 400 that's been at a tomberline service center shop for over a yr and they still haven't got it running. They are just working on it when they can and I believe this was a mistake on my part taking it there. Time to switch to someone that can get it going. It powers up and all w solenoid click but no go. I replaced key switch, f&r switch,hall effect switch,new solenoid,rebuilt controller,cleaned brushes on motor,new speed sensor.

Wow... and it's still not running? I would recommend to troubleshoot with a Curtis service handset. You'll be able to read stored fault codes and get realtime monitoring of all components. There are some offers for rent (~ 30$/month). A good shop should be able to do the same.
