Default Navitas AC conversion Solonoid Voltage issue

Have my cart mechanic putting in the Navitas Club Car IQ/Excel 48V 5kW DC to AC Conversion Kit in my 2007 DS IQ. I previously put a 600A Navitas controller in it and has worked for 2 years.
Also Roypow Lithium conversion done.
Have both a SW180 and 200 which both now do the same thing:
-52V going into the Solonoid
-44V coming out
-beep faults 1 and 3
-AC controller says low voltage and shuts down

Cart does not go.....

Anyone had this issue and How to fix?

Since no one replied yet you should have same voltage going in as coming out. My guess is bad solenoid.

Cheers. Have tried 2 solenoids. Put 1 back in my other cart and it still works. So no, not the solenoid.

Since I just went through this with a high amp curtis controller, it's a feature on the controller to send full pack voltage to engage the contactor then a micro second later it reduces the voltage. I was going nuts until some wise soul pointed it out to me and I read the controllers manual. In my circumstance my high amp model contactor sw200 was humming and I was sure there as a part problem. All I did was used my programmer and upped the hold voltage and the hum went away and the cart is working perfectly.

Mechanic just rang. He has gone back to it and without doing anything over the weekend the voltage out from Solonoid is now 52+. Issue resolved. Bloody electronics!!!
