@bob and @usgi I have my own oem level handheld and some experience programming rxvs. Would bob be willing to “program” my controller by sending my the file I can load on my own? Thank you in advance.

No, the Curtis OEM level handheld can't do everything the Curtis programming station in developer mode does. And I might say, not willing to send a programming file also.
