Help with clutch!!!
Hi guys, My '97 EZGO takes off fine when it is first used on any particular day but when it warms up it really looses power and thus speed. The engine will rev but the clutch seems to slip really bad. I just installed a one inch shorter belt and the top end is fantastic until it gets warmed up. It did this before I installed the shorter belt so the belt is not the problem. The cart spent it's previous life on a golf course and got plenty of use. Are there any of you that have experienced the same problem? My first guess is the clutch is going bad but I would like to hear from you all first. Thanks !
