Default Re: hunting cart w/deer

Just looked closer at your pics Hockey88fan. Are they two different bucks? Tines look a little different but angle is deceiving.

I wanted to share this guy a got this morning. Wait to you hear this story.

I Stayed home till 8am to help see my two daughters and wife off to school and work. My neighbor calls right before I leave and says he saw nice buck run across our lane (in background) into the woods behind my house. He says "Go get it" and I say, "I'll try". He doesn’t hunt so I am not sure he understands that it’s not a "shopping trip". Anyway, I leave on my cart and as I am going up a power line I see this buck off to my right 5o-60 yds away. I continue on and pull over the power line peak and nock an arrow. I then start sneaking across the power line and then I see the buck raking a limb, pawing a scrape, and peeing on his hocks. I squat in the middle of the power line and the buck continues on a trail directly toward me. I draw when his head passes behind a tree and he turns on cue at 23 steps. I shoot and he runs off out of sight and I hear him fall. After I regain my composure I think Wow, this was just like shopping. I called my neighbor to tell him I got the deer and I would send him my grocery list in gun season.

Man thats great. It never works like that for me. I just brought my 4 year old daughter hunting for 3 days and all we got to do was color and draw pics. We are going back after Thanksgiving for a few days. Maybe our luck will change.
