Yes, I had to make a template out of cardboard of the inside of the top of the cart . Then lay the template on the console and mark it. I cut off the extra with a die grinder. To finish up I had to grind to tweak the fit.

I also had to heat the mounting brackets and bend them to get them to fit the top.I also drilled holes in the top frame (aluminum tubing) at the top and in the front where the holes are for mounting bolts are and pulled the wires through the aluminum square tubing.
