Default Disable reverse siren?

Was wondering how you go about disabling the reverse sound on a PDS cart. Got on it a few times the last couple nights to move it and live in a quiet neighborhood and sounds like I'm turning on a siren. Ha Ha.

Also looked in the passenger glove box on the cart and it looks like the rivots are there where the serial number is supposed to be. Was told from seller it's an 03, but not sure. Know it's not really a big deal as long as I know it's a PDS and newer than 2000 for ordering parts, but would like to know what I've got.

s/n should be on a sticker under the seat centered over the batteries. i think it is on the frame (area under drivers feet) on the drivers side too. with that you can determine the year. they stopped doing the glove box vin plate before the pds series but the holes are still there.
remove the plastic rivets and pull out the key panel. no need to disconnect it. the buzzer is behind it and you can just remove a wire. if you have a stock controller you will loose warning and diagnostic modes

Thank you so much. Just looked and it's right there by the batteries. Date Code L0203. Looks like they super glued the dang key panel on the top when they put the wood grain dash in so guess I'll have to remove the whole dash to get to it. Want to redo the dash in carbon fiber and get a plate so I can add a battery meter as well so another thing on my long list of to do's. Just gotta sweet talk the wife a whole lot. New trailer and a cart in the last two days has got her on the "we're spending too much money" trail. Of course I agree, but when I get something it's a big project to me and I get obsessed. Bought a 2010 travel trailer in November and did about 8 mods on it before we took it out the first time. Still a few to go on it.

do a search. i think you can reach in from under the front cowl too. it was discussed a while back.

WOW WOW slow the roll, no need to take off your aftermarket dash, looks like your cart is lifted so, go take a knee up next to the passenger sidefront wheel, pull down on the mud guard and put your arm up threw it feel for the passenger side glove box, and go to the right side of it and there will be the buzzer rivited to the glove box, pull one of the wires of the top of the buzzer, and presto your done. Just a note you can see the two rivets im talking about about by looking into the pass side glove box...

Gotcha. Thank you. Was going to try getting at it from there first. Know the two rivots you're talking about. Thought they were from where the serial # plate used to be till I found out that's not where it's located on my cart. Trying to catch up to the learing curve. Give me a couple weeks I'll be much better. I better be at least.

yup those rivets are for the buzzer, and then there should be 2 holes for a place for the serial #plate but they moved them like said above. also just a note if you dont want to loose the buzzer just take a piece of duct tape and slap it on the bottom of it, that way you wont run over anyone and you can still do the diagnose mode.

Just went out and looked. Can't get to the buzzer from under it. Plate goes all the way up can see it from the front, but can't get a hand in there. Would like to put some tape on it like you said to quiet it. You can see the wires for it in one of the pics. Thing is laughing at me just out of reach.

Wires look alot closer in this pic than they are. About 6 or so inches from that hole.
