As long as the Controller B+ and M- terminals are connected to any motor Armature post, swapping the field wires either at the Controller or the Motor will correct your issue.

I swapped the F1 & F2 wires and the cart now goes in the correct direction. However, still just jerks along at a crawl.

Do you think the batteries are low? I doubt its the issue and I'm sure you thought of that but mine has done the surging thing when the batteries were EOL (End of life)

Batteries have been unplugged for a few days. But I've also been charging them for 45 hours and it's still doing the same thing. Any other thoughts?
