What yr cart do you have and what motor map is installed in the controller?
It's a 2005 IQ (if I'm interpreting the serial # correctly, it starts with AQ05).

1sharphook Would you mind copying and pasting that for me. I've never seen a accurate description. "Max Regen Battery Amps" refers to how much current the batteries will put out to stop a moving cart. "Max Regen Armature Amps" refers to how much current the armature will put out to stop a moving cart. The manual tells you to adjust them both the same. I don't want braking when I let up on the throttle so I adjust the regen armature to zero. I do want rollaway braking so I don't see my cart rolling away in the Publix parking lot. I adjust it to 40 amps.

It's a GE motor.

Throttle does go to 100%. I unchecked "Enable Speed Limit" (and pressed SET) and it didn't make a noticeable difference.

I should also add that there is a whine/hum coming from the motor when first starting out, and for a few seconds after coming to a stop.

I should also add that I had to switch f1 and f2 at the motor because forward and reverse were switched when it was wired per the diagram that came with the controller.

Since it is a common upgrade, did You by any chance ever installed a speed magnet on your motor?

If so, change the pole setting to 4.

If not, what is the max rpm your cart is achieving if you run the monitor while driving?
