10 inch wheels no lift or 3 inch lift 12 inch wheels

It doesn't matter if they are 10" - 12" - or 14" wheels/Rims. It's the tire size that Matters

So was told by one online vendor that could get 18x9-10 all terrain tire on 10inch wheel on stock cart with no rubbing. Other choice is a 205/50-10 street tire. I like the look of the all terrain tire so would like to go with it but not sure the 18x9-10 tire as I dont want cart to look strange with tiny wheels. Hoping someone on here has 18x9-10 all terrain tires on there cart.

This is what I am struggling with right now. 10 or 12" wheels. But I think I am getting a sahara tire. I'm wondering what size I can go up to and still stay with a 3" lift.

I am running 21" diameter tires on 12" diameter wheels with a 3" lift. No problem at all with clearance.

I'm going with Tempest 10" wheels and 20" Sahara tires with a 3" Jake's lift.

So u were happy with the sti hd wheels? I really like the orange & black ones! Kj motorsports says the all terrain 18x9.5-10 on the sti hd wheels will not scrub on non lifted cart! Been getting mixed reviews on the whole scrubbing with an at tire here @ local shops!

Rim size does not matter, tire overall height does. I have a madjax 3 1/2" lift and 22" tall tires with no problem. Just remember, the lower the tire profile, the rougher the ride. So if you get a 12" rim verses a 14" rim and the same overall height, then you will have a smoother ride from a 12" rim than a 14" tire with a lower profile tire.

I bought some 12" SS wheel s and tires from them and I am quite happy with the setup and the customer service from them as well.

I have a 6" lift, so I'm not sure on the scrubbing. But I'm more than satisfied with the looks, although I'm not done with my build. I love the way the sti wheels look!
