While we are on this topic, and I am new to the cart show, I have a question about the charger. I was told that the charger I have for my g22e has a "trickle". Can somone help me and let me know for sure. I am in upstate NY and we have some nasty winters at times. thank you all for you time.

When it is finished charging the batteries without disconnecting the charger from the cart take a voltage reading across the batteries for a 48 volt the float or trickle voltage should close to 53 to 54 volts as compared to full charge voltage of 51 and for 36 volts the float voltage is 40 to 41 volts as compared to full charge voltage of 38 volts

Generally yes you can leave your properly functioning charger hooked up 24/7/365 without harm; mine is... But my response to you was telling you how you might check and see if your charger has a float or trickle feature as I simply don't know anything about Yamaha chargers.

FWIW: Alt+167 works okay as a degree sign, but it is actually the masculine ordinal indicator used in some languages.

Visually, it is a superscript small letter "o", which is an oval shape while the true degree sign is a superscript circle.

Alt+167 = º
Alt+248 = °
