Default Dumb question

On the carb ,I have a 85 G1 the elbow sticking up on driver side of carb is puking gas any ideas why? and what hose went there the oil hose im thinkin, i use pre mixed gas but i never had this problem before i took carb apart and cleaned it Thanks fellas

prob put float needle in incorrectly, try taking it apart and reinstall. sounds like fuel is not shutting off

Thanks,also i replaced fuel filter with one that looked like the one i had from autozone could it be to free flowin for cart

I've never seen one do that. But if the float needle is working properly it won't matter, it should stop the flow when the bowl fills up.

check the simple stuff first. it might be just dirt or rust stuck in the needle valve. I would not make any adjustments until you check for dirty fuel or debris in the gas.
