Worn drive clutch
I just disassembled the drive clutch on my '91 Marathon. It is a sad case. The weights are sloppy and worn on the shafts. Is there a rebuild kit for the clutch or should I be thinking Comet up front and take the big hit rather than slowly pour money down the hole?

Re: Worn drive clutch
Replace it. Any rebuild will be ineffective in that all the wearing parts would have to be replaced or it would not function as needed. Cheaper and better in the long run to replace with a comet.

Re: Worn drive clutch
Thanks guys. I talked with Geoff at Vegas Carts and he agrees that they way to go is replacement. I am thankful that I did not cut the shaft of the HF clone too short and that a Comet will fit.
