With the right set-up, who knows. I think that it is a worth while R&D project though. I would like to see you do it. After all, the ultimate goal is to achieve the most performance on the least amount of voltage. Might gain some interest in that voltage class.

im going to give it a shot..
im thinking a bifilar wound 36 volt motor and a slightly tweaked 24 volt motor may give me the rpms im looking for but the amperage may be a problem.... |

My buddy has an EZ Go with controller, wires, and gears that will do 29 mph.

both 100' and 330'
2 of the motors are 48 volt cc the smallest one is a prestolite 24 volt shunt pump motor as you can see the armature needs to have the end pressed off and an ez go coupler pressed off or ill rob the field coils out of it and put them in the motor i have but i can change it to a series wound ill get some pics of the cart as it sits back in the field with my other junk still need to find a gear set |
