This is a good one too... It mentions Frank Reese. I had the honor and privilege or working for Mr Reese from 2001 until his death in early 2010. He was a stellar individual and he knew everything you could ever want to know about a golf car. I used to sit in my work station and listen to his phone conversations. Someone would call him with a technical question and you could just see the gears turning. He knew every color wire, wire size, and where every wire went and what it's functions were. And he'd fix the problem over the phone almost every time. After his death things changed drastically. The atmosphere was different and I felt alone. I used to love sharing ideas with Frank as he was the only one around who understood them. By March of 2015 I had had enough and left to form my own company based on the ideas and business strategy that I had learned from Frank. Even though I left his company, I truly believe he would be proud. He's greatly missed and not a day goes by that I don't think about him. He made a huge impression on my life and I'm doing all that I can to be half as good as he was in this industry.

both articles were good reads
i worked for dana heavy axle thru most of the 80s
we manufactured heavy truck rear end axles and mack truck rear and front axles
that dana plant made most of the non-corporate pickup truck axles for gm, ford and dodge

among all this heavy axle machinery we also built ezgo electric trans axles
mostly assembled from shipped in components

Tahoe , Thanks for that it's awesome hearing your admiration for him .Funny how great people can change our lives . I'm in the refrigeration service world and strive to teach the young ones just a portion of what you gained from him . Hope you get the chance to pass on his legacy to the next generation .
