Default Club car ride

I have a 85 club car with a mustang body I'm trying to get a softer ride any ideals on how to do this

shock change, maybe remove a leaf out of the spring pack. make sure you don't have something bound up in the suspension.

Is it leaf spring suspension? If so remove one leaf each side. Should make a big difference.

The shocks are stock I was thinking of trimming the leaf spring to soften the ride

You could use softer tires. I put ATV knobbies on mine and even though it is noisy, it rides much softer.

Found that the front shocks had double bumpers and inturn had no down movement just up movement
