Re: Club car wiring diagram
The way things look I may have to purhase new batteries, none of my old batteries take a deep charge. They have been setting for about 2 1/2 years. Besides they are cheap Power Master 115 . I've read here that most members think Trojan is the best?? Is the T-105 the best all around battery?? I was checking the net for the Trojan T-105, I found this site, The price seems reasonable to me, what do you think?

Re: Club car wiring diagram
six batteries with shipping is $579.70 I think they said another $25. for the acid. I believe they are shipped dry?
Now I have another question. How to test the motor and solenoids. I have five solenoids. When I push on the pedal I get 1 click nothing happens, second click the cart starts to move, another click a little faster the finally one last click and slightly faster. Four clicks total. This cart will do pretty good on a hard surface ( Road ) but get off road ( lawn ) it will move very slowly for a short distance then stop. Get it back on the hardsurface it will go again but not any distance. I just don't know if something other than batteries is wrong. The wiring diagram that was posted is slightly different then my cart. Mine has a switch box aluminum with red caps instead of the little switches along the side as in the diagram. Still should work the same? I'm so CONFUSED!!!!!!! Thanks Again Larry |
