Ezgo Marathon...Kinda
I am buying 6 new 6 volt battery's for my ezgo marathon. I am going to change all the cabling over to 4 Gauge. I'm installing a brand new solenoid. A new pot box microswitch and a new microswitch to go with the other one on the FNR switch. A new old style marathon charger port to replace the old one, I am also changing the plug on a ezgo pow eques charger to fit my marathon to charge the cart. The cart my "look" like a piece of junk but it ran like a champ before I took the old battery's out a few weeks ago. I'll keep everyone updated.

Sounds like you'll be wanting a 5-point harness and Hans device after running it at 32V for so long.
Keep up the good work and keep us posted. |

Yeahhh I wish it was that fast Lol. I'm not Expecting anything amazing out of this Cart just average golf cart performance nothing fancy. The reason why I an upgrading everything to 4 gauge is because you will have better connections and everything will work better with bigger better connections.......I Hope.

Re: Ezgo Marathon...Kinda
I think if I replace those old 21 Year old corroded 6 Gauge cables with some Nice new 4 Gauge cables the Electricity can flow better through clean, new, Un-Corroded Connections.

Be sure to fully charge before first use and then break them in properly. Here's how: http://www.cartsunlimited.net/Batter...n_Methods.html |
