Post 1989 club car no go with new batts.

Can anyone help. I'm new to the site & have already found alot of good info.
My cart is a 1989 club car with a v-glide system. I have replaced the batteries & fully load tested. All cables are new, clean, & tight. I'm getting 36volts to the system, but the solenoid does not click, or provide power to the wiper assy. I was given the cart last month & have been working on it for 3 weeks now. I've looked at the diagrams but with no luck. If I jump the solenoid the cart races in fwd & rev. any help. please thanks.. gddclem

Hello, There is a micro-switch which powers on the solenoid.(in the v-glide box) It is bad or without a power supply ( 16g red wire from the F&R switch). I have two of these cart. They are great little carts IMO
