Default G2 installed lift question

Installed jakes long travel lift on G2, and a power clutch.
It now runs very lean and it has never ran lean. it stummbled, took forever to get warmed up and just ran very flat. If I pulled the choke out all the way it ran better but still not right.
This may also be related to the fuel problem but the secondary clutch does not shift all the way out. But that is one tight spring.
Any help on these 2 questions?
