Lift kit question
I contacted steeling about a 6" lift kit and I got a couple different answers. Who ever answered me on ebay said the lift would add 6" overall. I called and person on the phone said 6" plus tires so close to 9". I'm trying to figure out what lift I need to be able to fit cart in my toy hauler.

Re: Lift kit question
both answers are correct, sort of. lift does just the amount they say, then you add tires and that adds half of the differance. egg. from 18"(stock) to 24" would be 3" height change. BUT tire sizes arent always true, and if you over inflate them it can be even taller. you could air them down, but then you will have to reinflate. and then you know at some point someone will forget/not know, and pull it in and damage something. is cart gas or elecric? Only ask as elecrtic Precedents dont really like over 23" without alot of upgrade.

Re: Lift kit question
My cart is electric. Planning on going 22" tires. My garage has a clearance of 78" and my trailer is 76". I borrowed a buddies cart before and it fit but he said he only thinks his has a 4" lift.

Re: Lift kit question
nice looking cart. does the front tires rub on turns? you need to get a number of the height you have stock plus lift plus 2"ish for tire height differance from stock.

Re: Lift kit question
I don't remember them hitting. If they did it was on full lock. As close as his was I don't know if a 6" would fit.
