Serious Up Grading for Club Car

Ok I’m committing to up grade this OL girl. And I’m ready to drop some dollars in it. Its old so I’m not sure what the possibilities are. Controller,? Solenoid? Motor?
Should or can I go with a AC conversion?
It’s a 92 with the resistor style on it.
Also wanting to up grade the old Jakes 6” lift to a good Long Arm kit. Recommendations appreciated. I want it blowed out as wide as possible. Sure I could buy a new one but then I would just blend in with every one else on the island. I like the old classic look.
