Are you at stock gearing now?

Try out our handy SPeed calculator.

All I can tell you is on a stock CC going to high speed gears got me exactly 10mph more for a total of 28(via gps), hitting the governor on that cheesy flathead they used, completely stock cart otherwise. Most carts say about 10+mph more maybe 28 to 40 with 22" tires, but if you run more rpm than stock that will be more speed.

Do you know what ratio you had original 12 to 1 or 10 to 1 and did you go with 6 to 1

That would assume direct drive 10000 shaft RPM at the transaxle.

at 3:1 is 3333rpm to the wheels. 23" wheel covers approx. 6ft per rotation.

6ft x 3333= 19998 ft per min.

19998 / 5280 = 3.79 miles per min.

3.79 x 60minutes = 227 Mph

That's theoretical assuming no wind resistance or other drag and enough HP to get there.

That would be a 3:1 rear gear with 1:1 Transmission drive ratio.

I think stock G9 gears are 10.92 once you figure the .8 overdrive of the CVT and 13.65 trans ratio. 6.3mph per 1K rpm with a 23" tire, my 22s measure 23 at 15psi some don't. So I must be running 4800 rpm on the road to hit 30mph, or more if the tires are not quite 23"....with the stock engine....unless I figured that wrong. I used to know what my rpm was but forgot and my tach does not want to work anymore (digital clamp on). Guy told me to loosen the exhaust lash for a little more rpm I still have to try that on the clone (only doing 28 last time I tested it with the richer jetting than it has now) and might as well on my stocker. I climb some steep hills not sure I'd want big gears, would be fun in open spaces though.
