Admiral Motor
Long time reader first time poster!
I did a search on this motor, found it on a club car, person was happy with the results. Just wandering if anyone has the motor on a stock controller. It claims up to 19 mph with a 5-10% loss in torque. Is this statement true? I have a 2007 TXT. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/EZGO-...Q5fAccessories |

Re: Admiral Motor
Welcome to BGW Ace
I haven't heard anything bad about the Admiral motors at all. High speed motors usually require the use of a high amp controller but it mainly depends on how high a speed motor it is. I don't think I would use it with a lifted cart without getting at least a 400 amp controller. I checked it out on some other sites and they all say it will work with the stock controller but they don't say lifted or not. As far as the statement....your guess is as good as anyone elses. |
