Default Speed Problem

Hello,My problem is that I have a 99 club car that won't run any slower than eight miles per hour.I have checked the ohm readings on the v-glide and they seem to be normal.I have replaced the controller and still no change! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum Joe Duke....................

Check your accelerator linkage and make sure your wiper is going all the way to the slowest/stop end of the travel.

Thanks, everybody for your replies.Since I was able to find a wiring diagram on this site I was able to determine that the green and yellow wires on the controler were switched and this was the problem. These wires should not be able to be switched because they are supposed to have different sized spade terminals on them one small and one larger. Apparently someone had replaced the small one with a larger one. Problem solved! Thanks again for your input.
