Default Mounting tires on wheels

How hard is this for a diy'er? The wheels on the cart are fine just need tires. Any trade secrets I should know about or should I just spend the extra $80 or so for the tire/wheel combo?

i just bought new wheels and mounted tires. I got the alloy wheels (silver) and nice tires for 275.00 (full set). The same place had basic wheel tire combos for $49.00 each.

Break the one side loose, work bead off all the way around. Put some liquid soap on the inside of the other side. Take the onside bead off the rim, then remove the deep side to center of rim, remove tire. Reverse to mount.

I took my four wheels/tires along with my new tires (bought fromn sponsor) to Wal Mart.
They switched them over for me for $20. I have changed myself in past but the trick is in being able to air up the new tires. I finally put a ratchet tie down around the tire inched it up to force the tire out to the rim, then released ratchet after seated on rim. $20. is a bargain.

I've got a friend here who owns a tire shop, might see if he can mount them for me. Could just try Fishing Dudes suggestion for shts and giggles, never know I might learn something
Thanks
