Re: 2002 CC DS Elec Rear end Noise
How slow is it going? They do not make a speed sensor with a longer pigtail. If the wires are too short you can cut them and solder in an extension. The speed magnet doesn't add any power to the car. It electronically raises the RPM limit allowed by the controller. If your car doesn't have the power to run any extra speed over the stock limitation you're not gonna see a speed increase from it. Most people use them simply for the removal of the regenerative braking. A non lifted car with a speed magnet should see 20-22 mph. Yours should be slightly higher than that, but with the added weight of large tires it may take quite a stretch of road to reach that kind of speed.

That does sound like gears, probably like a few broken teeth and it is slipping, eventually it will just eat them all up if that is the case. Seems like you have several issues to resolve.

Re: 2002 CC DS Elec Rear end Noise
Hope you guys had a great holiday weekend. So to give an update I installed the IQ drop out harness and cart was doing 13.5 - 14 mph GPS speed. Installed high speed magnet and speed went down to 7.5 to 8 mpg GPS speed. Today I replaced the speed sensor with no change. I did a moving voltage test and the battery banks showed 49.1 - 51 volts @ 7.5 - 8 mph. I have two new batteries and each battery indicates 9 plus volts. Could the magnet be faulty? The tires are 205/50 10"

Sounds like your high speed magnet is a low speed magnet. Try another one.

Re: 2002 CC DS Elec Rear end Noise
That GE motor magnet must be installed with the flat side out. If you look closely there is a small lip on the magnet hub. That side goes inward. If it's installed backwards, the sensor can't detect speed pulses and the car will go into limp mode.
