I thought that there was a mandatory recall on the TPS system to MCOR2 and it should have been done free. I guess the time limit was up?

Every registered owner received a letter and they were given 2 years to get it done. After that, it's on them.

UPDATE: I took my cart to a dealer last Monday, Sept. 30. They called me Thursday, Oct. 3, and said they could not find anything wrong with it and I could come get it. I told them to keep it one more day to be sure there was nothing wrong with it. Friday morning they called and said that they couldn't get it to move. They ended up replacing the MCOR II that they put in 2 year ago. It now has a MCOR 4 in it. Cart is running good right now.
