Securing a charger
When my cart is going to be sitting for awhile I have been told to leave the charger plugged in. The cart sits out in the weather. But 2 problems how do you keep the charger dry but vented? And how do you keep it from being stolen?
Thanks Mike |

Re: Securing a charger
i put it in the bag well with a chain through the handle and through the seat handles to the steering wheel , this keeps seat safe too
i put a storage tub over it the handle holds the tub off the charger allowing air flow |

Re: Securing a charger
This one is a Star with a DPI charger.
I will probably keep using my cable lock and make a cover to set over it with vents on the floor in front of the seat. Mike |

Re: Securing a charger
If the cart is electric and has a rear entry inspection cover to get to the motor, why not just take the cover off, put the charger in the space above the motor, and close the inspection plate cover back? Ventilated, out of the weather, dry and unseen...
